Welcome to Chauhan Tour & Travel. By booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking & Confirmation

• All bookings are subject to vehicle availability.
• Advance booking is recommended, especially during weekends, holidays, and peak travel seasons.
• Booking confirmation will be provided after payment or mutual agreement.

2. Payment Policy

• Full or partial payment may be required to confirm a booking.
• Remaining balance must be paid before or at the start of the journey.
• Additional charges may apply for extra hours, route changes, toll taxes, parking fees, and state taxes where applicable.

3. Cancellation & Refund

• Cancellations must be informed in advance.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the cancellation policy communicated at the time of booking.
• No refund will be provided for last-minute cancellations or no-shows.

4. Vehicle Usage

• Customers are responsible for maintaining cleanliness inside the vehicle.
• Any damage caused to the vehicle by passengers will be chargeable.
• Smoking, illegal substances, and unlawful activities inside the vehicle are strictly prohibited.

5. Driver & Passenger Safety

• Passengers must follow all safety instructions provided by the driver.
• Chauhan Tour & Travel reserves the right to refuse service to any passenger displaying inappropriate or unsafe behavior.
• Seat belts should be used wherever available.

6. Delays & Unforeseen Circumstances

• We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, road closures, accidents, strikes, or any circumstances beyond our control.
• Every effort will be made to provide timely service and minimize inconvenience.

7. Luggage & Personal Belongings

• Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings and luggage.
• Chauhan Tour & Travel is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal items.

8. Route & Travel Changes

• Additional charges may apply for route changes, extra stops, or extensions requested during the trip.
• Drivers will follow the agreed itinerary unless otherwise instructed by the customer.

9. Daily Dehradun–Chakrata Service

• Departure Time: 6:30 AM
• Return Time: 2:00 PM
• Passengers are requested to arrive at the boarding point before departure time.
• Missed departures due to late arrival will not be eligible for refunds.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By booking or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
