At Chauhan Tour & Travel, we strive to provide reliable and hassle-free travel services. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a booking.

Booking Cancellation

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled trip may be eligible for a partial or full refund, depending on the booking type.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled departure may not be eligible for a refund.
No refund will be provided for no-shows or missed departures.

Daily Dehradun–Chakrata Service

Passengers who fail to reach the boarding point before departure time will not be eligible for a refund.
Refund requests for daily service bookings will be considered only in exceptional circumstances.

Tour Packages & Vehicle Bookings

Refund eligibility for tour packages, Tempo Travellers, and vehicle rentals will depend on the cancellation timing and booking conditions.
Any advance payment made for special arrangements, permits, hotels, or third-party services may be non-refundable.

Service Cancellation by Us

If Chauhan Tour & Travel cancels a booking due to vehicle unavailability or unforeseen circumstances, customers will be offered a full refund or an alternative travel arrangement, where possible.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method whenever possible.
Processing times may vary depending on banks and payment providers.

Non-Refundable Charges

The following charges are generally non-refundable:

Last-minute cancellations
No-shows
Toll taxes, parking fees, permits, and third-party service charges already incurred
Special booking arrangements made on customer request
